The “Inspection Report” contains, in addition to a complete description of the tested device (including technical data), the test requirement and the presentation of the test result, also all test parameters and drawings along with measurement and test results in a specific and uniform PEHLA formatting. Results from the test (records, protocols or Customer’s reports) are included in the report but not attached as a whole.
