Supplementary rules for compliance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17067
Owner of the certification system
PEHLA ZERT as the owner of the Certification System is responsible for development, improvement, modification and maintaining thereof. To this end, the Certification System is checked for up-to-dateness on a regular basis, at least once a year.
Impartiality
Certification activities at PEHLA ZERT are performed impartially. The independence of PEHLA ZERT from PEHLA GbR is confirmed by a declaration of independence.
Supervision
The Steering Committee of PEHLA ZERT, consisting of representatives of manufacturers and end users from the medium and high voltage sector, monitor the certification system, its impartiality and all decisions regarding certification and assessment on an annual basis.
The Steering Committee makes recommendations for the maintenance and expansion of the scope and further development of the programs implemented by the management of PEHLA ZERT.
Complaints and objections
The procedure for complaints and objections is regulated in ZP 300.
Misuse
The Certification System of PEHLA ZERT is the property of PEHLA GbR and must not be copied or used as a whole or in part without the written permission of the owner.
In the event of misuse, PEHLA GbR reserves the right to take legal action and withdraw certificates issued by PEHLA ZERT
