The PEHLA Product Certification is responsible, due to legally enforceable obligations, for handling all the information received or generated during the performance of certification activities and shall treat such information as strictly confidential.
The PEHLA Product Certification guarantees the customer the confidentiality of the information obtained in the procedure, except publication of the certificate data on the PEHLA homepage and accreditation procedures in which PEHLA ZERT must disclose documents to the German Accreditation Body DAkkS as part of assessments or monitoring.
